Description
ESCHBACH, Circuit Judge. In this civil action, Winterland Concessions Company (""Winterland"") sued Edwin Trela, a T-shirt manufacturer, alleging violations of the Lanham Act, the Illinois Deceptive Practices Act, and the common-law right of publicity. Trela counterclaimed, alleging that Winterland had violated the civil rights and antitrust laws. The district court granted Winterland's request for a preliminary injunction, 528 F. Supp. 1201, and dismissed Trela's counterclaims. It also refused to grant Trela's motion to vacate or modify the preliminary injunction. Trela appeals both of these interlocutory orders.
